1. Platform role
Klikor Marketplace is a distribution platform. We do not author, curate, or validate the ownership of content uploaded by creators. Each creator is solely responsible for what they upload, including its originality, licensing, and legal right to distribute it.
2. We do not review for theft or IP infringement
Our automated review checks listings for policy-violating content (violence, sexually explicit material, prohibited integrations) before publishing. It does not verify ownership, check for plagiarism, or detect stolen intellectual property. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with a takedown request.
3. No ownership claim
Klikor claims no ownership of creator-uploaded content. Creators retain all rights to their work and grant us only a limited license to host, distribute, and deliver it to buyers through the marketplace.
4. Script-level protection only
Profiles may contain executable scripts. Before importing any profile with scripts, the Klikor desktop app shows every script in full and requires your explicit consent. We do our best to surface scripts for user review but we do not sandbox or otherwise restrict what scripts can do. Install only from creators you trust.
5. Mature content (18+)
Creators are required to flag listings with adult or mature content using the "18+" toggle when publishing. Listings flagged 18+ are only visible to users who confirm they are of legal age in their jurisdiction. Failing to flag mature content is grounds for account suspension.
6. Account suspensions
We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms — including but not limited to: infringing uploads, malicious scripts, misleading listings, or failure to flag mature content. Banned accounts forfeit unreleased payouts to cover chargebacks and legal fees.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests are handled case-by-case; contact [email protected]. Platform fees are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of liability
The marketplace is provided "as is." Klikor is not liable for damages resulting from imported content, including but not limited to data loss, system compromise from scripts, or IP disputes. Use at your own risk.
